Safe Harbor Capital Partners is a private credit manager that originates and acquires senior secured, first-lien loans backed by commercial real estate and investment properties. The Firm was established in 2005, when its Founder began acquiring distressed commercial real estate debt on a deal-by-deal basis. 
 
In 2015, the Firm launched its first institutional fund vehicle and has since raised four fund vintages focused on the acquisition of non-performing loans and the origination of non-traditional financing. 
 
The Firm’s strategy is anchored in disciplined underwriting, with loan-to-value as the primary criterion, and seeks consistent, risk-adjusted returns with capital preservation across market cycles.
